Editing again- 01/11/16

Editing again...

Today we edited again. This time we added in the new performance element where the performer is much more animated an therefore more entertaining to watch. 

This is part of the footage we added in.

As well as this, we needed to add titles to the beginning of the music video due to this element being a typical convention of music videos, as well as this element informing the audience of the title of the music video and the artist. We did this on Adobe Premiere Pro by selecting the 'titles' tool and then 'edit still frame' where we could then insert the titles. It was actually difficult to get the text central so I actually used a ruler and measured it on the screen. We opted for a white serif font as we thought this contrasted nicely against the background. We chose this from the drop down list, selecting 'felix'.

We also edited the end of the music video as in the previous edit we had left some of the performance element in colour, so we changed this to black and white. We also changed the end footage by selecting an actual order, as in the previous edit it was slightly disjointed. We also tightened up on some of the editing to try and get it to cut more to the beat, however this is something we plan to perfect more in the upcoming edits.
