Location shots

Location shots

In order to get an idea about where Izzy and I are going to film, we decided it would be a good idea to take photos of some of our locations. As seen in the planning prior to this post, we are obviously really pushing ourselves and filming in a wide variety of locations. Therefore, to take photos of each location before filming would be quite difficult. We therefore decided to look at the locations more locally first and then take the photos of Hockly and the center of Nottingham at a later date. We have visited Nottingham and Hockly many times before, so we are sure that these areas will be fine, however we will still visit them closer to filming.

Location 1- Attenborough Nature Reserve and Attenborough Village:

Here, we can shoot some 'arty' shots of our couple walking.

Again, we can film some footage of our couple walking down here. As autumn approaches,
more leaves will fall onto the ground making it even more aesthetically pleasing.

Here, the girl could be dancing and we could also do some point of view shots from
the boy, watching his girlfriend. Later in the narrative, he could return here to relive the memory.
Again, some arty shots can be filmed here, perhaps of the couple playing in the trees and
having a good time
.
The couple can sit on this bench with their arms around each other. Again, we could have
one of our characters sat here on their own later in the video.

Here, Izzy can be seen modelling how the girl could sit, reflecting on what has happened.

Location 2: Around Stapleford Town

Again, some more arty shots can be filmed here
Stapleford Church may be a good church and ground to film as we can have our couple walking through.

Stapleford church grounds.
Also located in Stapleford is the cemetry. This could look eerie in our footage.
This archway will create an atmosphere in our music video, perhaps the couple could walk up the pathway.

The couple could stand under the archway.
This photo was taken in summer, and already their were leaves on the floor.
